  3. 2 x 400ml can coconut milk
  4. 2 tablespoons Thai green curry paste
  5. 6 blue swimmer crabs, cooked, meat removed
  6. 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  7. 2 tablespoons fish sauce
  8. 2 tablespoons mixed spices
  9. 1 garlic clove
  10. 2 cups basmati rice
  11. Fresh coriander, to garnish
