Take a trip down memory lane with this chokito-topped cheesecake served with homemade caramel sauce.

  1. 2 x 55g Chokito bars, cut into 1cm thick slices
  2. 375g cream cheese, chopped, at room temperature
  3. 185ml (3/4 cup) thickened cream
  4. 3 teaspoons gelatine powder
  5. 125g Arnott’s Choc Ripple biscuits
  6. 75g butter, melted
  7. Strawberries, to serve
  8. 40g butter, chopped
  9. 100g (1/2 cup firmly packed) brown sugar
  10. 80ml (1/3 cup) thickened cream
