  3. 1 1/2 cups raspberry marshmallows, plus extra to serve
  4. 1/2 cup glace cherries
  5. 1/2 cup roasted almond kernels
  6. 1/4 cup boiling water
  7. 2 teaspoons gelatine powder
  8. 500g cream cheese, softened
  9. 2/3 cup caster sugar
  10. 1/3 cup desiccated coconut
  11. 3 teaspoons vanilla extract
  12. 1/2 cup thickened cream
  13. 125g punnet raspberries, plus extra to serve
  14. Extra 300ml thickened cream, whipped
  15. Mini pink and white marshmallows, to serve
  16. 2 tablespoons chopped pistachio kernels
