  1. 250g pkt plain sweet biscuits
  2. 55g (1/2 cup) almond meal
  3. 125g butter, melted, cooled
  4. 250g pkt cream cheese, at room temperature
  5. 100g (1/2 cup) caster sugar
  6. 125g (1/2 cup) sour cream
  7. 2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  8. 3 eggs
  9. 200g white chocolate, finely chopped
  10. 120g fresh raspberries or frozen raspberries
  11. 450g pkt dark chocolate melts
  12. 40g copha
  13. Freeze-dried strawberries, crushed, to serve, optional
