The ingredient of No-bake white chocolate cheesecake

  1. 250g packet nice biscuits
  2. 125g butter, melted
  3. 6 gelatine leaves (see notes)
  4. 2 x 180g blocks white chocolate, chopped
  5. 600ml tub thickened cream (see notes)
  6. 180g dark chocolate, chopped
  7. 750g cream cheese, softened
  8. 2 x 50g sachets coconut milk powder
