  2. 100g good-quality dark chocolate
  3. 125g unsalted butter, chopped
  4. 1/2 cup caster sugar
  5. 1/4 cup brown sugar
  6. 2 eggs, lightly beaten
  7. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  8. 1 cup plain flour, sifted
  9. 1/2 cup icing sugar mixture
