The ingredient of Pork dumplings

  1. 175g lean pork mince
  2. 1/3 cup canned sliced water chestnuts, drained, rinsed, finely chopped
  3. 3 shiitake mushrooms, stalks removed, finely chopped
  4. 2 green onions, finely chopped pinch ground white pepper
  5. 2 teaspoons light soy sauce
  6. 1 eggwhite, lightly beaten
  7. 24 gow gee wrappers (see note)
  8. vegetable oil, for deep frying
  9. soy sauce, to serve
