  2. 2 tablespoons tamari (wheat-free soy sauce)
  3. 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  4. 1 garlic clove, crushed
  5. 1 teaspoon finely grated fresh ginger
  6. 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh coriander
  7. 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  8. 4 (about 180g each) pork loin cutlets, excess fat trimmed
  9. Olive oil spray

Place the pork in a large glass or ceramic dish. Pour over the honey mixture and turn to coat. Set aside for 5 minutes to develop the flavours.)
