The ingredient of Bali pork

  1. 800g diced pork
  2. 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  3. 10 eschalots, peeled, thinly sliced lengthways
  4. 3 garlic cloves, thinly sliced lengthways
  5. 2 long green chillies
  6. 2 long red chillies
  7. 5cm piece fresh ginger, peeled, sliced
  8. 1/2 cup kecap manis
