  3. 2 garlic cloves, crushed
  4. 1 tablespoon sweet paprika
  5. 2 teaspoons ground cumin
  6. 2 teaspoons dried oregano
  7. 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  8. 400g pork mince
  9. 12 small flour tortillas
  10. 1/2 cup (40g) coarsely grated cheddar
  11. 1 small cos lettuce, finely shredded
  12. 2 ripe tomatoes, finely chopped
  13. 1 ripe avocado, stoned, peeled, finely chopped
  14. Sour cream, to serve
